Ingredients
- 1 cup Yellow Onion
- 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans
- 1 14.5 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chiles
- 1 lb Ground Beef
Seasoning
- ¼` teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Cumin
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and drain juices. Combine with remaining ingredients within slow-cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
