Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yellow Onion
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 15 oz can Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 14.5 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes w/ Green Chiles
  • 1 lb Ground Beef

Seasoning

  • 1/4` tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cumin

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef and drain juices. Combine with remaining ingredients within slow-cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
